We offer PAN India shipping. No matter where you are located in the country, we strive to reach you through our reliable courier partners.
2. Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For smaller orders and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping/handling fee may apply, which will be calculated and shown at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details. You can monitor your shipment's progress via our partner's tracking portal.
5. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
While we aim for timely delivery, occasionally delays may occur due to logistics network congestion, extreme weather, or regional issues. Threemart is not liable for delays caused by courier partners but will actively assist in resolving any shipment issues.
