Refund & Return Policy

At Threemart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within48 hours of delivery at support@threemart.com with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Used or washed products.
  • Products with broken seals or missing original tags.
  • Items purchased during clearance or flash sales (Final Sale).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Return Shipping

For damaged or incorrect items, Threemart covers the return shipping cost. For "change of mind" returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping fees.
